Do I qualify based on my income?

Our apartments are designed for moderate incomes (70–80% AMI) with leases starting at $1,207/month. 1 person Household; Minimum income requirement $2414 monthly. Maximum annual income $55,200. For a 2-person Household the minimum income requirement is $2414 monthly and the maximum income requirement is $63,040.

What eligibility guidelines apply to students?

Students must be part-time (fewer than 12 units per semester). Full-time students are ineligible unless they meet at least one of these exceptions (with third-party verification):
    1. Participates in approved job-training (e.g., Workforce Investment Act/JTPA).
    2. Receives Title IV benefits
    3. Is a single parent (with qualifying dependents) not dependents of someone else.
    4. Is married and filing jointly
